We are entering a defining chapter of global

transformation — one that is reshaping how power,

value, and responsibility are shaped across society

and the planet.

I work with leaders to meet that moment —

grounding strategy in ethics, courage, and a deep

responsibility for the systems and communities they shape.

Before sustainability became a department or acronym, it was radical, hopeful, and deeply personal. Working in human rights shaped how I understand systems, power, and responsibility. I went on to spend more than two decades leading transformation inside complex, matrixed organizations, helping integrate sustainability and impact into business models as the field evolved from grassroots to the boardroom.

As I watched impact become more mainstream, frameworks multiply, and expectations rise, something essential began to fade: our human connection to the very natural world we are aiming to protect. Purpose started to feel surface level.

So I stepped away—and went back to where this work began for me.

The ocean became my teacher.

It reminded me that we are not here to manage nature—we are part of it. That lasting change doesn’t come from control, but from relationship. Not from extraction, but from regeneration. And that the kind of leadership required now must be courageous, moral, and deeply connected to the systems we are seeking to protect.

This realization became the foundation for Exel Impact.

Today, I work with leaders and teams to design values-driven strategies that function more like living systems—adaptive, resilient, and deeply human. My work blends strategy, leadership advisory, and immersive experiences to help leaders evolve how they lead, so the impact they create can truly endure.

If you’re sensing that the way you’ve been leading is no longer enough for what the world is asking, I’d be honored to support you in shaping what comes next.

“By stepping into undefined spaces, building what didn’t exist, and walking away from what wasn’t aligned, my passion and profession became one. There is no single path. Trust yourself, hone your craft, and gather great people around you. Purpose moves when you do.”
