After two decades at the intersection of business, technology, and sustainability—shaping sustainability and ESG, often building what didn’t exist—I stepped back and returned to what grounds me: the ocean, the wild, and the clarity only nature can offer. I have had the privilege to travel to all corners of the world., with my family and through work investing in global communities. I wanted to bring these worlds closer together, and integrate our connection to nature, through travel and exploration, to business growth and venture acceleration.
That’s what inspired Exel Impact.
My philosophy is simple: leadership begins within. By tapping into nature, we help leaders reconnect to their core values and purpose—then align that inner clarity with bold, regenerative action in business and society.
